So, what’s the role?
We’re looking for an experienced and purpose-driven Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our Member Value team. This is a hands-on, strategic role that sits at the heart of our marketing activity – leading the end-to-end planning and delivery of campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention for our audiences.
You’ll be responsible for bringing our brand, product, and partnership strategies to life through powerful, integrated multi-channel campaigns. This is your opportunity to design campaigns with creativity and purpose, build tailored customer journeys, and deliver meaningful experiences that make a difference.
You’ll work closely with a range of internal teams – from digital and product through to partnerships and data – and partner with external media agencies to ensure every campaign hits the mark. In a typical day, you’ll get to:
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that align with our brand, product, and partnership goals.
- Lead campaign briefing, content development, and production timelines, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and on brand.
- Develop personalised customer journeys and lifecycle marketing strategies that span online and offline touchpoints.
- Write engaging content including emails, social copy, headlines, and landing pages tailored to specific audiences.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights and analytics to optimise delivery and maximise impact.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to ensure a seamless, Member-centric campaign experience.
About you
- 6+ years’ experience in marketing campaign management with a strong track record of delivering integrated, high impact campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Deep understanding of campaign planning, customer journey mapping, lifecycle marketing, and digital performance tracking.
- Experience writing campaign content and collaborating with creative teams to bring messaging to life across channels.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Highly organised and proactive, with strong project management capability and a drive for continuous improvement.
- A creative thinker who is data-savvy, Member-focused, and passionate about delivering campaigns that matter.
