The role:

As the Area Manager you will oversee 11 locations in Brisbane city, including Townsville, Harvey Bay and Noosa areas. Reporting to a State Manager, you will be a seasoned Area or Regional Manager in a fast-paced retail business (must have). You will have an autonomous, people first leadership approach in order to achieve the business goals.

Required experience & responsibilities:

Previous Area or Regional Manager in a fast-paced homewares, fashion retail business.

A thorough understanding of all retail operations, KPI's, wages, training, rostering, shrink, inventory control and visual merchandising processes.

Monitor sales and KPI's weekly, monthly and annually to ensure you meet or exceed relevant budgets and service standards.

Previous experience managing multiple locations wages and rosters.

Coach and mentor, the store managers and greater teams, to ensure a high team morale and training succession is achieved.

Ensure all HR requirements are met.

Work with the greater head office team to ensure all stock levels and inventory needs are communicated and executed.

Work with the team to ensure all in store and VM standards are executed, and the stores align with the brand vision.
