Position due to retirement.You’ll need strong commercial insurance knowledge, 10 plus years experience, and ideally a full Diploma of Financial Services. Equity potential. South East
Assistant Account Executive – Mornington Peninsula – circa $80K -$90k + super + plenty of staff benefits
Join a supportive team. SME experience essential ( Ideally trades) . Flexible working available- Full time or 4 days. Winbeat experience and Tier 1 (broking essential). Room to grow within the business.
Account Broker – Schemes & Affinity – $85K +
Join a fun and social broking team managing a portfolio of affinity clients. You’ll need broking experience in SME or personal lines and a strong client service approach.
Assistant Broker – South East – To $100k + bonus
Partner with an experienced Senior Broker in assisting with a growing portfolio. 2 plus years min broking experience required. Gain exposure to more complex risks. Flexible work environment.
Account Manager – CBD – $110K + super
Manage an existing portfolio in a niche brokerage with a strong reputation and supportive culture. Ongoing training provided. Tier 1 (Broking) required.
Account Executives – Western Suburbs & Bayside (South East) – $90K–$120K+
Experienced brokers wanted to manage SME and commercial portfolios (ISR, PI, Commercial Motor, etc.) with successful Steadfast-aligned brokerages.
Claims Executive – $90K
Work directly with brokers and clients on domestic and commercial claims. Ideal for those looking for a fun social environment. End-to-end claims experience essential. 2 days WFH.
Account Broker – Domestic Lines – South East
Great client service role covering home, contents, motor, caravan, boat and more. Domestic insurance experience required with the opportunity to grow into commercial over time.
Account Executive – Bayside – $120K+
Manage a varied portfolio of SME clients. Steadfast broker. Work with a professional team and supportive leadership. Assistant broker support included.
Receptionists – X 2
Role 1- Mix of Reception and personal assistant to the Directors. You may be working in insurance and looking for a role with a difference. Circa $80k
Role 2- This is a full-time, office-based role with a rare and family-friendly bonus — you’ll have the option to work from home during school holidays, meaning no need to juggle childcare while staying productive! Administration experience a must. Eastern suburbs. $65-$70k plus super
