About the role

As an Insurance Broker at Arcuri & Associates Insurance Advisors Caroline Springs, you will play a pivotal role in providing tailored insurance solutions to our diverse client base. In this full-time position based in Caroline Springs, VIC, you will leverage your expertise to assess client needs, design comprehensive insurance packages, and ensure exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

Conducting thorough risk assessments and consultations with clients to understand their unique insurance requirements

Researching and evaluating a range of insurance products to curate personalised solutions that meet clients' needs

Negotiating with insurance providers to secure the most competitive rates and coverage for clients

Preparing and presenting proposals, policy documents, and renewal information to clients

Maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice

Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and market changes to provide expert guidance

Collaborating with the broader team to ensure a cohesive and customer-focused approach

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an Insurance Broker. Minimum 2 years experience.

Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify tailored solutions

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and client satisfaction

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Relevant qualifications, Tier 1 Insurance Broking
