We're seeking a capable and driven Project Manager to take ownership of exciting commercial projects. You’ll lead delivery from pre-construction through to handover, supported by a lean and capable team. Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple commercial projects valued up to $10M

Drive delivery across safety, quality, timeline, and budget

Lead project teams including Site Managers and Contract Administrators

Own client relationships and ensure a seamless experience throughout project delivery

Oversee programming, forecasting, head contract and subcontract administration

Deliver high-quality outcomes and uphold URBN’s strong industry reputation

About You

3–8 years' experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction

Proven ability to deliver fit-outs, refurbishments, or new builds

Strong grasp of AS contracts and project tracking tools

Confident communicator with leadership capability and a commercial mindset

Proactive, relationship-driven, and capable of independently owning project outcomes
