The Role:
We’re seeking a fun, positive, and reliable individual to join us as our Dental Receptionist. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, so excellent communication and a welcoming attitude are a must!

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and checking in patients

Managing appointment schedules

Answering phone calls and responding to emails

Processing payments and managing patient records

Assisting with administrative tasks to support the team

Requirements:

Dental experience required (at least 1 year preferred)

Familiarity with dental practice software (Exact knowledge is a bonus!)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

A friendly, can-do attitude
