The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal with at least 2 years’ experience who is passionate about meaningful legal work and being part of a values-driven team.

You’ll support lawyers across multiple jurisdictions, managing tasks from court filing to instructing counsel, all while playing a key role in progressing complex litigation matters.

Your day-to-day will include:

▪️ Filing and serving court documents across jurisdictions

▪️ Instructing counsel and attending court

▪️ Preparing briefs and disclosure material; drafting legal correspondence and documentation

▪️ Liaising with clients, witnesses, and external stakeholders

▪️ Supporting lawyers during mediations, conferences, and hearings

▪️ Managing client files, calendars, and appointments

About You

▪️ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a litigation paralegal role

▪️ Excellent communication and client care skills

▪️ Strong attention to detail and time management

▪️ Comfortable with legal tech and electronic file management

▪️ Justice of the Peace or Commissioner of Declarations (or willingness to obtain)
