We’re partnering with a reputable not-for-profit provider to recruit a passionate and proactive Community Growth Lead to support the rollout of a key transformation initiative across the region.
This 3-month contract (with potential to extend) offers flexibility, community connection, and the chance to directly impact how aged and home care services are accessed in local areas.

🚀 What You’ll Do:

• Be the face of the Aged Care provider within local communities, driving awareness of their aged care services
• Build partnerships with organisations such as RSLs, retirement villages, and community groups
• Coordinate and host small-scale events and presentations
• Develop outreach strategies and collaborate with sales and marketing teams
• Actively promote services through phone outreach and on-the-ground engagement

📍Location & Flexibility:

• Work-from-home model with access to office in Sydney CBD
• Must be comfortable with local travel across the Sydney, Central Coast and Illawarra regions as and when needed

💼 What We're Looking For:

• Experience in community engagement, business development, or event-based sales
• Strong public speaking and stakeholder relationship skills
• Previous exposure to aged care or community services is a bonus
• Confident self-starter who enjoys connecting with others and building rapport

📅 Start Date: ASAP
⏳ Contract: 3 months
💰 Pay: Competitive hourly rate of $55p/hour + Super
