Permanent part time $46.27-$53.44 + super + penalties

As an Infection Prevention Control Champion, you'll assist the team in the implementation of the IPC program and ensure a high standard of patient care and caregiver safety at the Home. Working with our Clinical team, you will ensure optimal AN-ACC funding is achieved by ensuring care documentation is completed in a timely manner, is up to date, and accurately reflects resident's care needs. The role will also require typical RN shifts to be covered.

You'll also have:

• Leadership experience in clinical care
• A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration as well as Australian working rights- no sponsorship
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-AAC
• IPC Qualification/Training
• Experience in Aged Care and competence in basic nursing practice
• Demonstrated experience in conducting care assessments and developing care plans
• Computer literacy and experience using care documentation systems

This is a permanent part-time opportunity working a minimum of 8 days a fortnight (Mon-Fri) as an IPC Champion and Care Documentation Lead, with additional RN shifts available to increase hours.
