About the Role
As a Workforce Engagement Advisor, you’ll be part of a friendly, fast-paced team helping contingent workers get started and stay supported in their roles. Working closely with teams both locally and overseas, you’ll manage onboarding, background checks, contract extensions and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard new contractors and support them throughout their assignment

Complete background checks and follow up on missing documents

Keep client and contractor records up to date and accurate

Manage contract extensions and changes in line with SLAs

Support graduate intakes and new client onboarding

Help contractors with timesheets, expenses and pay queries

Work closely with offshore team (Philippines) to meet service deadlines

About You:

Friendly, organised and customer-focused

Great attention to detail and comfortable with admin and systems (Salesforce experience a bonus!)

Able to follow processes and juggle multiple tasks

A team player with excellent communication skills

Australian Citizenship is required
