About The Company

Our client is a family-owned business founded in 1994, specialising in safety flooring and accessibility products like entrance mats, tactile indicators, and stair nosings. With a head office in Tasmania and a manufacturing facility in Campbellfield, they offer a supportive, growth-focused work environment.

About The Opportunity

You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Packing orders, scheduling and booking freight
  • Providing direction and guidance to warehouse staff
  • Proficient use of the ERP system to schedule orders
  • Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and accurate stock control
  • Meeting attendance requirements and working without constant supervision
  • Ensuring maintenance and servicing of all machinery and equipment as required
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A valid forklift licence or relevant experience
  • Strong organisational skills and the capability to meet deadlines
  • The ability to establish clear and constant lines of communication
  • Experience in handling people and working collaboratively with others
  • Reasonable computer proficiency, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • A lean mindset with experience in Lean Management for process improvement
