As a Field Services Technician, you will be responsible for traveling to customer locations within the Hunter Region to perform various services, including thermal blanket installations, emissions and exhaust parts replacements, visual audits, 3D scanning, thermography, emissions and diesel particulate matter testing, installation training, and customer support. This role requires a blend of mechanical and electrical knowledge, communication skills, and a commitment to quality work

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform in-field installations of thermal blankets, exhaust parts, and emissions systems.

- Conduct visual audits, 3D scans, thermography, and emissions/diesel particulate matter tests for accurate assessments.

- Provide installation training and ongoing customer support.

- Collaborate with clients to assist with fire mitigation and cleaner air practices and product care.

- Advise customers on product selection and identify opportunities for upselling Aletek products and services.

- Schedule and manage your own workload effectively to meet client needs.

- Maintain a focus on delivering quality work efficiently and profitably.

- Be available to work overtime and weekends as needed.

- Mechanical and/or electrical background or experience in a similar role.

- Strong communication and training skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Customer-focused mindset with a drive for quality service.

- Willingness to travel and work on-site in various locations.
