What We're Looking For:

Our ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and committed to delivering top-tier patient care. You’ll bring a confident approach to chairside assisting, sterilisation protocols, and the occasional reception task – all while contributing to a positive and professional team culture. 🪥

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Chairside assisting across a range of procedures – including general dentistry, restorative work, implants, and grafts

Sterilisation and infection control in line with strict hygiene standards

Maintaining a clean, efficient clinical environment

Stock control and implant/graft ordering

Providing occasional reception support

Collaborating with clinicians to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional care

What You’ll Need:

Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred, but not essential)

Prior experience in a dental assisting role

Familiarity with dental terminology, instruments, and infection control protocols

A strong work ethic, great attention to detail, and a team-player attitude

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Experience using dental software (e.g. EXACT, D4W) highly regarded
