What you'll do:

Work directly with clients who have suffered workplace injuries, guiding them through their claims and helping them secure fair compensation.

You’ll manage your own caseload, giving you control over how you handle each matter and build your personal legal brand.

Draft pleadings, medico-legal instructions and other key documents, and use your advocacy skills at tribunals and courts to push for the best outcomes.

You’ll also negotiate settlements and work closely with insurers and medical professionals, expanding your network and influence in the industry.

What you'll need

At least 4 years’ post-admission experience in workers compensation or personal injury law, with plaintiff-side experience preferred

A solid grasp of WA workers compensation legislation and the ability to manage files from start to finish

Strong drafting and advocacy skills, so you can confidently represent clients and prepare key legal documents
