About the Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks and finance documentation. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced in Excel and Microsoft Word.
Key Responsibilities
Providing general administrative support
Assisting with data entry and document management
Preparing reports and spreadsheets using Excel and Word
Managing emails, correspondence, and client communications
Working with accuracy and confidentiality
What We’re Looking For
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Attention to detail and excellent organisation
Ability to work independently and within a small team
Experience in an administrative or assistant role
A proactive and self-motivated attitude
