Our client is a well-established, construction company based in Doncaster. We offer services predominantly for industrial and residential clients.

We have an exciting opportunity for a drafting technician to join our dynamic office and work with our team of professionals.
The role involves creating detailed technical drawings using CAD software, ensuring compliance with building codes and coordinating with consultants. A strong portfolio, relevant qualifications and excellent communication skills are essential.

Salary $77,000 plus super.

The successful candidate will ideally possess

• Tertiary qualifications in building design, architecture or equivalent
• Sound technical knowledge and understanding of the Building Code of Australia
• Competence liaising with clients and consultants
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use architectural design, preferably within a similar size practice
• Strong proficiency in CAD software and the ability to produce high-quality, detailed drawings
