Working across a variety of project sectors, including apartments, hotels and mixed-use buildings, this role will allow for great exposure to larger-scale projects.

With an influx of projects kicking off, they’re keen to appoint an enthusiastic and reliable Graduate of Architecture with 18 to 24 months of postgraduate experience in the local industry.

Residential project experience and a high proficiency on ArchiCAD is essential, as your primary responsibilities will be documentation focused, and you’ll be working under supervision on smaller scale projects or as a team member on larger scale projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Completed qualification in Master of Architecture
• Minimum of 2 years professional, full-time experience in a local Architecture studio
• Exposure to residential, mixed-use, mid to larger scale projects ideal
• Keen eye for quality design
• Highly proficient in ArchiCAD
• Basic understanding of construction
• Sound knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards
• Outstanding verbal, written and documentation communication skills
• Bright, reliable, hardworking, strong desire and willingness to learn

You’ll be assisting Senior Architects in the design development and documentation across a range of high-quality, large scale residential projects. This will include the production of town planning submissions, working drawings and presentation materials.

To be considered for this role, you must have a developed knowledge of building construction, sound understanding of design principles and solid experience using ArchiCAD.

Evidence of completed sets of contract documentation and planning drawings is required in your portfolio, along with any presentation work that showcases your flair for design.

This firm is highly supportive in helping you to further your career and experience. Remuneration will reflect current market conditions and your experience but is expected in the range of $68,000 - $75,000 plus Superannuation.
