About the Organisation
We’re looking for a passionate Centre Director/Centre Manager to lead a newly built, beautifully resourced early learning centre near Kalkallo. Here, your leadership will be embraced and backed by a collaborative, upbeat team, including an experienced Area Manager who champions autonomy (and fun!), a full-time Assistant Director sharing operational duties, and a dedicated Educational Leader focused on programming.

Management Responsibilities

• Mentoring and managing early childhood teams
• Expert knowledge of the Early Learning Years Framework and compliance
• Staff rostering and performance management
• Financial reporting and budgeting
• Building strong partnerships with families
• Experience with Qikkids or similar software

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood (ACECQA recognised)
• 2-3+ years full-time centre director (or higher) experience in a medium-sized service
• Current WWCC or VIT, plus updated First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates
• High-level communication skills
• Full working rights in Australia
