Restaurant Leader
The Coffee Club

Why should you come work with us?
This is not a job but an opportunity to run the business as if it was your own. Resulting in potential profit share and part ownership once you establish a proven record of growing sales and successful restaurant management. This means the time you invest in the business can be rewarding to you long term, not just to the owner.
Also, when you come on board you will be joining a stable team that is meeting its COE and COGS targets which means you can focus on growing the business not fixing the business. The Coffee Club Aspley is a family owned business with the same owner for 18 years. Whilst the owner is no longer “hands on”, they will mentor and support you to maximise your potential.
Although part of The Coffee Club national brand we are locals at heart. Our team live locally and are part of the community from which our customers originate.
What is the role?
As the Restaurant Leader, you will be the driving force behind your restaurant’s success. Your responsibilities will include:
Exemplifying outstanding customer service, setting the standard for your team and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Promote the venue and increase patronage through new marketing initiatives and creating a strong connection with your customers.
Leading and supporting your kitchen and FOH team to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Managing Costs of Goods Sold (COGS) and Costs of Employment (COE) to optimise profitability.
Conducting monthly Profit and Loss reviews with the owner to identify areas for improvement and meet financial goals.
Handling your customer's inquiries, feedback & complaints in a professional manner.
Training and mentoring staff to maintain high performance standards.
Who are we looking for?
As well as having an energetic and warm personality, you will possess:
Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to providing an elevated dining experience.
A strong focus on customer connection to promote return visitation.
Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
Understanding of financial management including P&L, COGS, and COE.
Barista and kitchen experience.
Unrestricted availability to work various shifts.
How do I apply?
If you're ready to contribute your skills and passion to your customers and your team, I want to hear from you! My name is Craig and as the owner I can't wait to support you.
To apply, please submit your CV which should address your suitability for the role. If you are successful in the initial screening process, you will be contacted to discuss the role further.
