About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to complete high-quality residential painting projects — inside and out — with professionalism and care.

Reporting directly to the Leading Hand, your day-to-day will include:

Working respectfully and courteously in clients’ homes

Collaborating with team members to meet project timelines

Using a check-in/check-out app for timekeeping and job tracking

Following safety procedures and maintaining a tidy work environment

Carrying out detailed painting work with a focus on clean, high-end finishes

About You

You will bring:

Trade qualifications in painting and decorating

A reliable, respectful and team-focused attitude

Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft

A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable transport

Experience using mobile job apps (preferred but not essential)

A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a qualified residential painter
