Timeframe

This is a 2-year traineeship. On completion you will obtain a Certificate III in Information Technology.

This is a traineeship and is ideal for school leavers, those new to the industry or seeking a career change. Eligibility criteria apply if you hold existing qualifications in this area.

What you will need to succeed:

• Ability to think analytically and identify patterns, trends and potential issues.
• A passion for technology and a curiosity to explore and understand new technology principles, practices and developments.
• Good verbal andwritten communication skills.
• Desire to provide a high-level customer service, including over the phone and face to face.
• You're a team player, with the ability to learn from, and grow positive relationships with others.
• Successful completion of Year 10 is desirable but not required.
