About the Role

This role is about more than just sales; it's about building trust and creating lasting relationships. You will be the trusted guide for families throughout the initial, exciting stages of their home-building journey.

Your Responsibilities:

● Proactively manage leads from our display homes and other marketing channels.

● Conduct genuine and insightful consultations to deeply understand your clients' vision, lifestyle, and budget.

● Present our diverse range of home designs and customisation options with confidence and clarity.

● Prepare accurate, detailed, and compelling proposals for your clients.

● Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction from start to finish.

● Effectively utilise our CRM system and other digital tools to manage your sales pipeline and client communications.

● Full-time position with a competitive remuneration package and excellent earning potential. Generous base salary/retainer of 55k with uncapped commission earnings

● Experienced Sales Performer: You have proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Experience in new home sales is preferred, although not required.

● A True Team Player: You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy collaborating with a close-knit team to achieve shared goals.

● Tech-Savvy: You are proficient with technology and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to enhance your workflow.

● Exceptional Communicator: You possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

● Flexible & Committed: You are available for full-time work, including weekend work on a rotating roster at our display home.
