About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Project Engineers to join our Regional and Outer Metropolitan division. Based at the Yass Works Centre, you will be instrumental in delivering road, bridge, or traffic infrastructure projects that support our goal of safer, more efficient, and connected communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of infrastructure and maintenance projects to meet time, cost, quality, and safety targets
• Oversee project design, procurement, and contract management
• Coordinate service providers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare technical specifications and contract documentation
• Implement best-practice WHS and environmental management systems
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle

About You
We’re looking for qualified engineers with:

• A degree in Civil, Electrical or related Engineering (or overseas equivalent)
• Experience in road, bridge, or traffic infrastructure construction and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of contract management, cost estimation, and project delivery processes
• Proven ability to manage priorities, stakeholders, and resources effectively
• A current Australian driver’s licence
