Qualifications & experience

We require a sales consultant to have had face to face selling experience with a minimum of 3 year’s experience and a proven track record. If you've had extensive experience in the solar & energy storage field this will be well regarded.

You will be equipped with strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a desire to close deals on the spot, while overcoming objections.

Understanding of financial incentives and financing options available for solar installations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Full driver's license with access to a reliable modern motor vehicle.

Have an open-minded attitude to new sales techniques and a willingness to learn.

Tasks & responsibilities

Sit 2-3 in-home presentations each day to educate customers & design the ideal energy saving system to “Electrify Their Home”.

Follow up with customers who are yet to purchase systems and your exceptional business acumen.

Close deals on the spot and manage your pipeline.

Educate clients on solar incentives, savings, and system performance.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.

Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.

Meet KPIs and contribute to a high-performing sales team.
