What You’ll Do

As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will be the trusted guide for homeowners exploring solar and battery options. Your role will begin with Zoom based consultations supported by full training and mentorship. As your skills develop, you will also have the option to meet clients in person to enhance their experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting 60 to 90 minute virtual consultations with homeowners who have expressed interest in solar

Educating customers on solar and battery systems, usage patterns, and cost savings

Designing tailored solar solutions to suit each property and lifestyle

Explaining relevant government incentives and Pay As You Save options

Providing clarity and support to help customers make confident decisions

Attending in home appointments when needed to build trust and close sales

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and people skills

Confidence presenting and answering customer questions

A strong desire to help people and make a difference

Self motivation, discipline, and reliability

The ability to manage your own time and work independently

A full Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

No solar experience required. If you’ve sold in-home before — whether in solar, real estate, renovations, or home services — we want to hear from you. We provide full training, ongoing support, and real career pathways. Candidates from in-home sales, customer service, automotive, energy, and trade-based roles are encouraged to apply.
