The Port Anchor Hotel is about to undergo exciting renovations and we're looking for enthusiastic and motivated duty manager to join our team! As we prepare to bring new experiences to our patrons, we need individuals who are passionate about providing exemplary customer service to help us deliver an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to gaming patrons, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

Monitor the gaming area, ensuring machines are functioning properly and customers are adhering to the venue’s policies.

Assist with gaming machine payouts and troubleshooting when necessary.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gaming area.

Promote responsible gaming practices and ensure the area is operating in compliance with all relevant regulations.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in hospitality or gaming.

Current Advanced Gaming certificate.

Current RSA, RSG & RP badge essential.

A friendly, approachable attitude.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Willingness to learn and grow with the team as we undergo exciting changes!
