Our advanced cosmetic and general dental practice in Pennant hills is looking for an Oral health therapist who is willing learn, grow and excel with our business.
Key Skills require:
High work ethics
Hardworking and willing to learn
Ability to understand and explain treatment options
Use Bonus time to learn advanced skills or help practice team to do other tasks
Able to work full days from start to finish
Deliver and demonstrate excellent patient care and custom service
About the role:
Working days - Tuesday 8 to 5pm, Thu 9-6pm and alternate Saturday 9-2pm (flexible).
Remuneration - Based on experience and skills verified ( option for commission incl super or hourly wages)
Training - Working with a principal dentist to learn all aspect of general and cosmetic dentistry along with fixed orthodontics and clear aligners.

Opportunity to learn advanced communication, case conversion and customer service skills
The successful applicant must have
Current AHPRA Registration, Professional Indemnity Insurance, WWC.
A patient orientated approach and excellent communication skills
Ability to build relationships with our patients
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and grow our established hygiene books
Help our dentists providing excellent clinical care for patients
Developing enduring relationships with patients and promoting patient retention
Assisting in the general day to day operations of the practice including cleaning duties.
Recare and Reactivation calls
Oral Health Promotion and Marketing
Personal Competencies and Responsibilities
Good physical and emotional health, with the capacity to withstand the challenges and demands of an active position with a frontline customer focus
Effective Communication Skills
Capacity and willingness to adhere to our clinic procedures and systems
Willing to learn and be open minded for feedback
Ability to work independently
Our Practice:
Ground floor location, close to all amenities and transport
Two dental chairs
Open Mon-Sat
Principal dentist and two associate dentists.
