Design a Smile have a rare opportunity for a Dental Hygienist/Oral Health Therapist to work 1 to 5 days per week in our boutique high end practice .

We run two orthodontic chairs with one Specialist Orthodontist and see on average 35 patients per day with an emphasis on patient care.

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8:50am to 5:00pm

Fridays 8:50am to 4pm

Requirements

Ideally you would be competent in all clinical aspects with at least 2 years orthodontic experience as an orthodontic hygienist or therapist and a passion for helping the orthodontic team and patients including assisting the orthodontist with:

Adjustments, wire and module changes

Debanding 3M braces and Invisalign

Bonding of attachments for Invisalign

Impressions for retainers

Bonding fixed lingual retainers

Orthotrac software experience beneficial

Taking intra and extraoral photos
