Oral Health Therapist – National Training Position

Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne | National Travel Required

Our client, is a leading multisite business with practices across the country. They are seeking an experienced Oral Health Therapist to join their team in a pivotal, career-defining role.

About the Role:

This is not your typical clinical position. In this role, you’ll be tasked with training and developing their national team of Oral Health Therapists. Your primary focus will be on training and supporting the national team to ensure high standards of clinical care and treatment consistency across all locations.

Based in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, you will travel regularly to clinics nationwide to deliver training, provide in-person support, and help build a strong, collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver clinical training programs and workshops for Oral Health Therapists

Conduct regular visits to practices across Australia to support team development

Monitor and maintain clinical standards to ensure consistent quality of care

Provide ongoing mentorship and leadership to Oral Health Therapists

Collaborate with practice managers and clinical leads to implement best practices

About You:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

A qualification as an Oral Health Therapist and current AHPRA registration

A strong Orthodontic knowledgebase

Significant clinical experience in a multi-site practice environment

A passion for training and clinical excellence

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Willingness to travel frequently within Australia
