The Opportunity: We're on the hunt for a Project Manager who's as sharp with contracts and tenders as they are with people and program. Someone who doesn’t just keep plates spinning—but knows exactly why each one matters.
You’ll be taking the reins on a $60M, 12-storey apartment build just outside Brisbane’s CBD. A flagship project for a builder who’s raised the bar on what it means to combine structure, sustainability, and style.
The Builder:

• High-end projects across SEQ, delivering up to $60M
• Recently renovated office space that’s part Palm Springs villa, part architectural masterpiece
• A tight-knit, ego-free crew that thrives on collaboration
• 5-day work weeks – no badge of honour for burnout here
• Strong pipeline and smart systems – this isn’t a “figure it out as you go” shop

The Must-Haves:

• Strong PM background with a solid track record in multi-res builds
• Long tenures at past companies (no project hoppers please)
• Proven ability to lead from the front – manage program, client, and team
• Contracts & tendering game on point – you're confident in the detail and process
• Strong communicator who can manage up, down and sideways with ease
