Wongai 4wd Hire is a passionate team that provide 4wd hire holidays to families and backpackers who live in or are visiting Brisbane. Our main hire locations are to the off-shore Islands around Brisbane, K'Gari (Fraesr Island), Moreton Island and we also offer holidays across the greater QLD region.

Your job will be to follow the existing sales process to call qualified leads, discuss the packages we offer, keep the bookings system up to date and assist us with vehicle handovers, answering the phones and talking with customers via phone calls and emails.

Are you comfortable over the phone or do you have existing sales experience?

Your role will also include face to face interactions, including vehicle handovers, making sure that customers are happy when taking vehicles and showing them how to use the equipment and making sure we are exceeding their expectations.

You will be calling customers on a daily basis to discuss their holiday plans, talking through the options we provide and making sure they have the best possible holiday we can give them.

Have you worked in the Industry before, are you comfortable managing your workload?

You will need to be able to work unsupervised, and feel comfortable making outbound calls on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a sales or customer service related position, be friendly and easy to talk to, and able to connect with customers and get them excited about their holiday.
