About Us

Leapfrog Therapy has clinics in both Sydney and Melbourne, where our dynamic multidisciplinary therapists aim to deliver evidence-based services to a diverse range of clients aged 0-22 years. Our clients come with a broad range of support needs and clinical diagnoses, providing diversity within all aspects of the job.

Our team is comprised of ST's and OT's specialising in Paediatrics, who are driven by a deep commitment to delivering top-tier, neurodiversity-affirming therapy for children and their families. The infusion of energy, creativity, and passion is adored by both our team and clients alike….and it's a difference, we are proud of! Our Speech Therapy service was a more recent addition to Leapfrog, commencing in 2023 at our Sydney clinic and January 2025 in Melbourne.

Since its inception, Speech Therapy has become an integral offering at Leapfrog. The close partnership between ST and OT has been a dream, and the improved outcomes for children and families is well recognised. Our ST services have now commenced in our Melbourne clinic, so this is a unique opportunity to continue building a team from the ground up!

Your Role

As a Speech Therapist at Leapfrog Therapy, you'll:

Deliver high-quality, family-centred, neurodiverse-affirming speech therapy to children and young people. Sessions will take place in our North Balwyn clinic as well as some community visits in the local area.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Speech Therapists and Occupational Therapists.

Contribute to the professional development of staff through peer-led training sessions.

Supervise a graduate speech therapist and be involved in the continued development of the Leapfrog Therapy graduate programme.

Engage in ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.

Suitable for Full Time or Part Time applicants. Minimum 4 years Paediatric Speech Therapy experience required.
