Alpaca Allied Health is a private practice located within a Medical and Allied Health Precinct in Hawthorn East, near Tooronga Shopping Centre and close to public transport, cafes and parks.
We are a multidisciplinary team of Neurodiversity Affirming clinicians, including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Music Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Allied Health Assistants (AHAs).

About the Role:
● Strong core values in providing evidence-based and best-practice services to all clients.
● Work alongside allied health professionals to engage in multi-disciplinary evaluations.
● Deliver early intervention services to paediatric clients and their families, focusing on achieving their therapeutic goals.
● Offer customised support for speech, language, and neurodiversity-affirming social skills for children and adolescents aged 2-18.
● Perform assessments of speech, literacy, language, and pragmatic language in both clinical and educational environments to set and personalise therapeutic objectives.
For OTs:
Therapeutic Intervention: Provide one-on-one therapy sessions at home and schools, with children with a variety of diagnoses, including motor coordination difficulties, sensory processing difficulties, ADHD, developmental delays, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
● Keep precise client records in an electronic clinical system, adhering to practice guidelines and professional standards.

Requirements:
● Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Speech Pathology/Occupational Therapy/Psychology
● Current SPA registration and CPSP status; AHPRA for OTs and Psychologists
● NDIS Worker screening check
● Driver’s Licence and own vehicle
