What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting customers face-to-face and over the phone to close sales
• Offering expert advice on tools and product features to add value
• Promoting current specials, bundles, and exclusive deals
• Resolving customer queries and handling any complaints professionally
• Maintaining stock levels and ensuring the store is visually appealing
• Working one weekend shift per week on an 11-day roster
