We have a exciting opportunity for someone to join the team on our early morning 6am, mixing, shaping and baking - This is an opportunity to learn new skills in a great environment.

Some key responsibilities would include:

Working with the Bakery team to achieve production and quality goals

Production and preparation of dough and loaves for the following day baking

Assisting with set up, pack down and cleaning

Maintaining the safe workplace and responsible operation of equipment

Operating the oven and automatic loading table

Mixing doughs following production
