Starting immediately, we have an opportunity for a Skilled Labourer to join our clients team in Deer Park, VIC.

We are looking for someone with experience in this role, or similar however, training for the right person will be provided. This will suit somebody who is physically fit and happy to withstand all seasons of the day.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Ongoing role working Monday to Friday and Saturdays on requirement
• Day shifts from 6am – 4pm with regular overtime
• $41.44ph + super + penalties

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help to support quarry operation
• Assist with fixed plant operations
• Support truck operations as an offsider
• Maintain general cleanliness across the quarry site
• Perform routine yard duties including manual handling and bin maintenance
• Carry out basic maintenance tasks (non-technical) as needed
• Keep accurate records of daily tasks and inventory
• Contribute to general housekeeping and site tidiness

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience - required
• Experience working in a quarry or similar environment - highly desirable
• Ability to be on your feet for 10-12 hours a day
• Ability to withstand the weather conditions
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
