We’re looking for a capable Clinic Manager to lead day-to-day operations and help drive business improvement at Bioscor Melbourne Clinic, a Hair & Skin clinic that combines evidence-based hair regrowth treatments and aesthetic services.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with our Medical Director, Dr Amanda Ong, and play a key role in ensuring the clinic runs efficiently and continues to deliver top-tier client care.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is looking to grow alongside a progressive, doctor-led aesthetic business.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing daily clinic operations, including scheduling, rosters, and staff coordination

Leading and supporting the reception and nursing team

Overseeing basic HR functions such as onboarding, staff check-ins, leave management, and performance reviews

Coordinating inventory and ordering (supported by senior clinical staff)

Supporting the customer journey—from initial inquiry through to follow-up and retention

Monitoring KPIs and working with staff to optimise performance and service delivery

Working alongside external marketing providers and/or marketing staff to help implement campaigns and promotions

Identifying opportunities for workflow improvement, enhanced patient experience, and clinic growth

Ensuring clinic presentation is aligned with our aesthetic brand and values

Stay up to date with AHPRA and TGA guidelines to help ensure our marketing and operations stay compliant

Be across Award pay rates and core HR obligations to help us maintain a fair and compliant workplace

About You

You don’t need to come from a medical background—your strength is in managing people, processes, and business operations. You’re someone who’s naturally organised, takes pride in doing things properly, and is eager to contribute to a purpose-driven clinic.

You’ll ideally have:

2+ years’ experience in a clinic, wellness, spa, or small business management role

Excellent communication and team leadership skills

A proactive, hands-on mindset with a sharp eye for detail

A strong sense of professionalism and accountability

Confidence in using patient management and POS software (we’ll train you on our systems)

An interest in aesthetics, skin care and hair regrowth

Bonus if you have:

Experience managing or growing a service-based business or clinic

Familiarity with AI tools (like ChatGPT) to streamline operations or improve communication

A good eye for social media trends

Sales, customer retention, or workflow optimisation experience
