The Role

• Oversee day-to-day WHS compliance on-site
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and SWMS reviews
• Support the team with hands-on labouring tasks as required
• Monitor and report on incidents, hazards and site safety practices
• Be the key contact for safety matters across site
• Work directly with the Site Manager and Director to deliver safe outcomes

The Criteria

• Cert IV in WHS or willingness to study
• Minimum 2 years on-site experience in commercial construction here in Adelaide
• A background in carpentry or general trades highly regarded
• Confident communicator with good organisation skills
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and site culture
