About the role

Join our team of experienced plumbers at Flow Systems Plumbing as a Fulltime Plumber based in Williamstown, VIC. As a key member of our Trades & Services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing services to our residential and commercial clients across the local area.

What you'll be doing

Carrying out a wide range of plumbing tasks, including installation, maintenance and repair of pipes, taps, toilets, hot water systems and other plumbing fixtures

Responding promptly to emergency call-outs and diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues in a timely manner

Providing expert advice to customers on plumbing-related matters and recommending appropriate solutions

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard, complying with relevant building codes and regulations

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our plumbing services and procedures

What we're looking for

Formal qualification as a registered plumber

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find effective solutions

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide clear advice and guidance to clients

A team player who is committed to working safely and collaboratively with colleagues

A current driver's licence and reliable transportation

Highly motivated with a can do attitude
