About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Plumber to join our reputable team at Paul Ryan Plumbing & Contracting Pty Ltd based in Werribee, VIC. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing services to both residential and commercial customers in the local area.

What you'll be doing

Perform a wide range of plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance tasks including fixing leaks, unblocking drains, installing fixtures and fittings

Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues to determine the best course of action

Provide excellent customer service and ensure all work is completed to a high standard

Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, adhering to all relevant safety regulations and policies

Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice

Assist with the supervision and training of apprentice plumbers

What we're looking for

Formal trade qualification as a Plumber with 3+ years' post-apprenticeship experience

Strong technical skills and knowledge of plumbing systems, materials and techniques

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

Reliable, punctual and committed to safety

Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
