In operation for over 30 years, we have a large and loyal customer base including several large contracts. Due to increased levels of business we are undertaking expansion and are looking for experienced plumbers to support the company's growth.

About the job:

Your role as an experienced plumber will be to manage specific contracts and provide service to private customer call outs across a range of services.

This includes general plumbing, Rough-in & Fit-off installation and maintenance for a variety of facilities, restaurants, small businesses and domestic clients in the inner city and surrounding suburbs.

Main duties include a wide range of toilet and tap servicing and replacement; installation of solar, electric, heatpump and gas hot water systems; blockage removal, camera work and drain repair; pump service/repairs; general roof repairs. We also undertake split system installation.

Individual responsibility will be based on your level of experience and we encourage development in your skills through problem solving and the provision of solutions.

You need to be reliable, totally reliable! Honesty and trustworthiness will be key factors for your success as a member of our team. You will also need to hold a current drivers licence, be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, own your own hand tools, and have the knowledge or ability to learn software applications. It is also essential that you are committed to excellent customer service and take pride in your work.

As an experienced plumber, you will have a broad skill base and be able to work independently across your main areas of responsibility. You may currently be self-employed and looking to join a dynamic team.

There is also the opportunity for some weekend and after hours work on a rotating roster basis with on call allowance and overtime. Three month probation and annual reviews will be undertaken.
