About the role

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to join our team at S&R Cool Logistics Pty Ltd in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our warehouse and distribution operations. As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods and materials within our facility.

What you'll be doing

Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move inventory

Accurately pick, pack, and stage goods for distribution

Conduct daily pre-operational checks and report any issues with equipment

Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all safety protocols

Assist with inventory management and cycle counting as required

Collaborate with the wider logistics team to ensure the timely and efficient flow of goods

What we're looking for

Experience as a Forklift Driver or similar material handling role, preferably in a warehousing or logistics environment

Valid forklift license and experience operating a range of forklift types

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks

Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations
