About the role:

join a high-performing property development consultancy working across a broad range of projects—from retail, commercial and education to mixed-use and residential. You’ll gain exposure across the full development lifecycle, working closely with experienced leaders and progressing into a Development Manager role.

Duties:

• Assist in managing development projects from feasibility through to delivery and handover
• Support site due diligence, acquisitions, and planning approvals
• Prepare and maintain financial models, feasibility studies, and project reports
• Liaise with stakeholders including consultants, contractors, authorities, and clients
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and key milestones across multiple projects

The skills and experience required for this role:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property, ideally from a valuation background
• Solid understanding of development feasibility and financial modelling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A proactive and ambitious mindset, eager to grow into a Development Manager role
