Pump Service Technician – Plumbing Maintenance

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Manage ongoing and new pump maintenance contracts, ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery across commercial and civil sites.

· Respond to client enquiries regarding faults, breakdowns, and pump installations, offering clear technical advice and support.

· Provide after-sales service, including occasional site visits to troubleshoot pump systems and control components.

· Conduct inspection, testing, and repair of returned pumps and associated equipment in accordance with service standards.

· Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical and hydraulic components to meet client and project needs.

· Monitor and maintain inventory of critical spare parts to ensure rapid response and minimal downtime.

· Coordinate pump logistics, working with internal teams and freight partners to ensure timely movement of goods.

· Handle warranty claims and supplier returns, maintaining thorough documentation for each case.

· Maintain a calm, professional, and solutions-driven approach when supporting customers — especially in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations.

· A current Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel to site as required.

· Electrical qualification/licensing is highly desirable.
