We’re currently looking for a Senior Application Packager to lead the design, deployment, and support of enterprise-level application packaging across a wide client base. If you're passionate about standardisation, automation, and secure deployment – we want to hear from you.

🔧 Your Key Responsibilities

Lead application packaging using SCCM and Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager)

Create and maintain MSI, EXE, and PowerShell-based deployments

Troubleshoot deployment, installation, and compatibility issues

Guide and mentor junior engineers

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, documentation, and knowledge base

Support pre-sales conversations with technical insights

🧠 What You Bring

5-10+ years of experience in enterprise application packaging

Proven expertise with:

Microsoft Intune & SCCM

InstallShield, AdminStudio, Advanced Installer

Windows Registry & GPO

PowerShell scripting (wrappers, JSON, automation)

Experience in an MSP and multi-client environments

Strong troubleshooting methodology and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

A positive, team-oriented attitude with leadership and mentoring experience
