What We're Looking For:

We need reliable, safety-focused operators to manage and operate a variety of heavy equipment for civil construction, infrastructure, and earthworks projects. You'll be part of a hardworking crew dedicated to delivering high-quality work, on time and within budget.

Your Day-to-Day:

Operate heavy machinery, including Excavators, Graders, Rollers, Posi Tracks, and Dump Trucks safely and efficiently.

Support the site team to carry out earthworks, grading, compaction, and excavation tasks.

Ensure machinery is properly maintained and performs regular checks.

Follow strict safety guidelines and work in compliance with all site requirements.

Work across multiple projects in Sydney with potential overtime and weekend shifts available.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience operating Excavators, Graders, Rollers, Posi Tracks, or Dump Trucks on civil or construction sites.

A valid White Card (construction site safety) and Driver's License (HR/HC desirable).

Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

High commitment to safety and operational standards.

Availability to work across various locations around Sydney.
