About the role

As a Vac Truck Operator at On Point Utility Locating Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient operation of our specialised vacuum excavation equipment. Based in Wetherill Park, NSW, this full-time position requires you to operate our state-of-the-art vac trucks to safely expose underground utilities for our construction industry clients.

What you'll be doing

Safely operate and maintain our vacuum excavation trucks to locate and expose underground services

Provide accurate and detailed records of site activities and findings

Be able to utilise civil equipment such as compactors and demo saws

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard

Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years' experience operating vacuum excavation trucks or similar plant and machinery

Strong understanding of underground utility detection and locating techniques

Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings

Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety

Current HR driver's licence

Construction Industry White Card
