Your new role

As the Assistant Owners Corporation Manager, you'll be gradually introduced to a small, manageable portfolio of 60 - 80 properties. No overwhelming workloads, no complex strata issues - just steady, structured work and full support while you settle in. You'll work directly alongside the Director, with real mentorship and training provided.
Whether you're stepping up from a real estate role, already in OC and looking for a more balanced, positive environment or wanting to get into the Owners Corporation industry - this just might be the role for you!

Duties include:

• Attending meetings and supporting AGM/SGM prep
• Coordinating trades, contractors and repairs
• Liaising with residents and owners
• Handling documentation, budgets, and reports
• Learning the ropes with clear structure and support behind you

  You might be:
• Already in OC and ready for a fresh start
• In real estate and wanting to shift into a more stable and people-focused role
• Naturally organised, bubbly, and great with people
