Experience working with CNC machines or industrial sewing machines is a bonus

Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting

Full, unrestricted work rights in Australia

Valid driver's license and reliable transport

Great attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

Able to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks

Willingness to work collaboratively and learn new skills

Basic math and measurement capabilities

Forklift license is advantageous but not essential

Your Key Responsibilities:

Assist with operating CNC machines and sewing equipment

Support assembly and preparation of thermal insulation products

Help read and follow work instructions, drawings, and patterns

Conduct routine quality checks on products and components

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Follow all workplace health and safety guidelines
