About the Role:
We are currently seeking reliable, safety-conscious Production Operators to join a fast-paced, high-performing team in an industrial manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for experienced labourers who are confident using handheld tools, operating machinery, and working to KPIs.

You'll be part of a team that supports essential supply chains by ensuring production lines run efficiently, equipment is operated safely, and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a range of machinery and equipment in line with safety protocols

Use hand and power tools including grinders, nail guns, and sanders

Conduct cleaning and maintenance tasks using high-pressure hoses

Meet daily/weekly production targets and quality standards

Identify and report equipment issues or safety hazards

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area

What We're Looking For:

Recent experience in labouring, machine operation, or production environments

Comfortable with handheld tools and high-pressure cleaning systems

Strong awareness of safety procedures and PPE requirements

Ability to meet physical demands in a fast-paced setting

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Able to pass a full drug & alcohol screen, pre-employment medical, and functional assessment

Current driver's licence and reliable transport
